Handlesets provide an elegant finish to any front door. Handlesets come in both single cylinder and double cylinder functions in a wide variety of finishes. A single cylinder handleset has a key locking the outside and a thumbturn with a knob on the inside of the door. It should be used when no windows are present in or near the door. A double cylinder handleset utilizes a key to open both the exterior and interior of the door along with a knob on the interior. It provides extra security when windows are present in or around the door.
