INSTALLATION
All of our products are packaged with installation instructions. If the package you have purchased does not have installation instructions, please contact our Customer Service department through our email, geohardware@bdhhi.com or call 1-949-672-4000. You will need to know the type of lock you have purchased such as a knob, lever, deadbolt, etc. and preferably the model number which can be located on the package. Having as much information about our product will help expedite the process to determine the type of lock you have purchased and the installation instructions needed to complete your door hardware project.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
All of our products are packaged with installation instructions that contain the warranty information. Some product warranties differ from others within the GEO door hardware family. Please refer to the installation instructions or contact a GEO door hardware customer service representative for futher information regarding warranties.

Can I buy locksets already keyed alike?
Yes, if your distributor or retail center sells them this way. They can also re-key products to use one key.
How can I get my new lockset to match my existing key?
Most hardware stores or locksmiths can rekey your new product to match your current keys.
There is a problem with the finish of my lockset. What can I do?
For warranty claim: Proof of purchase (copy of the receipt or original bar code) is required for warranty replacement parts (upon verification of warranty). Mail this along with (pictures of each unit are also required - both interior and exterior side of the door) include your Name, Address and Phone Number to:

For what door thicknesses are GEO products designed?
Standard door thickness is 35-44mm (1-3/8"-1 3/4") for tubular product; Door hole diameter (crossbore) 2 -1/8" (54mm); Edgebore 1" (25mm); Backset 2-3/8" or 2-3/4" (60-70mm).
How do I clean or polish my lockset?
After installation of the hardware, gently rub off any excess oil that remains on the exterior components using a clean dry terry towel or cheesecloth. A non-abrasive paste car wax can be applied to the lock. Liquid graphite or sewing machine oil can be sprayed into the cylinder (key way) and the latch. Use of other commercial lubricants is not recommended.
